Inconel X750 is a precipitation-hardenable Nickel-Chromium alloy strengthened by additions of Aluminium and Titanium. Known for its exceptional creep-rupture strength at temperatures up to approximately 700°C (~1290°F), it finds extensive use in high- temperature environments. This alloy is marketed under various trade names such as Nicrofer 7016, Superimphy 750, Haynes X750, Pyromet X750, and Udimet X750.

ASTM B637 specifies the manufacturing standards for Inconel X750, which is widely employed in structural components for gas turbines, jet engines, nuclear power plants, heat-treating fixtures, and extrusion dies. It exhibits high resistance to chemical corrosion and oxidation, along with superior stress-rupture strength and minimal creep rates under high stresses at temperatures up to 816°C (~1500°F) following suitable
heat treatment.

In terms of corrosion resistance, Inconel X750 meets AMS 5542 and AMS 5698 standards, demonstrating excellent resistance to chloride ion stress-corrosion cracking and satisfactory performance in various oxidizing environments.
