It offers excellent ductility, cold formability, high-impact toughness, and superb weldability.
With a chemical composition of Fe ≤0.20%, O ≤0.18%, C ≤0.08%, H ≤0.01%, N ≤0.03%, and Pd 0.12–0.25%, balanced with titanium, Ti Grade 11 is ideal for applications in the chemical industry and deep drawing processes due to its low chemical reactivity and high resistance to corrosion.
